Shipping Price Policy

Shipping is included to the Continental USA on most products over $25.01 unless otherwise specified.  If additional shipping is required you will be contacted by a sales rep.  Orders totaling $25 or less will have a $5 shipping fee added.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please use a physical address.

Many sites may say "free shipping."  This simply means that shipping is included.  We believe it is more honest and not misleading to say "shipping is included" on our site than to imply there is no actual fee for shipping.  For example: a $300 trampoline may actually incur shipping charges up to $75.  So we may display our sale price for $375 and say shipping is included; whereas a competitor may display the same price (more or less) but say free shipping.  We hope you appreciate our effort to be more honest and fair.

Non-Contential USA Shipments

Most of the prices shown on our website INCLUDE shipping for the Continental USA only.  Prices DO NOT include shipping costs to Hawaii & Alaska. Some products do not include shipping.  Our system will not accept an order that is to be shipped outside the Continental USA.  Please feel free to call our office at 855-800-JUMP (855-800-5867) for a shipping quote for any destination outside the Continental USA.  

Outside the Continental US includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/PPO addresses.  If you need a shipment sent to any destination outside of the Continental US, please call our office and speak to one of our friendly sales staff who will be happy to get a shipping quote for you.

We ship items all over the world and we know that you want to pay the least amount to ship your item to you.  Please do not assume that shipping by boat is cheaper than air; in most cases, it is not.  It takes 4-6 times longer than air and in many cases costs more because the weight is not high enough to receive the cheaper boat rate.  We have NO control over shipping costs.

Express Shipping Policy

If you would like your items guaranteed via Express Shipping, there is an additional charge for that.  You will need to contact one of our friendly sales staff to get a shipping quote.  You can call our office at 855-800-5867 and speak to our staff.  They will need to know the item you are ordering and your complete address.

Shipping Times

TRACKING YOUR ORDER “UPDATE”: When you place your order for most mats and pads a label is created with a tracking number assigned. Due to an increase in orders, please allow 4-5 days for your product(s) to be processed and shipped. Twenty-four hours after order is picked up, the tracking number can be used for tracking your order. You should then receive your order in 3-5 days.

We do our best to ship out items within 24-48 hours of you placing an order.  However, on some occassions, products are either back ordered or delayed in shipping.  We do apologize for this inconvenience.  Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS.  Some smaller items will be shipped via the US Postal Service.  You should receive a tracking number notification from the service used.  


We do make every attempt to be prompt in shipping your items and giving the best shipping times when asked.

Damaged, Defective & Missing Products

 If your package is damaged, defective or missing products, please note this on your freight bill or with the FedEx/UPS driver or the Postman.  In the event that something is missing or damaged, you will need to contact our office immediately.  You can fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form, found here.  We will also require that you email pictures to

If your package is damaged during shipment and we have to replace a missing part, we will only ship the package out to you in the same manner as the original package was shipped to you.  If you paid the additional charges for expidited shipping, then we will expidite the shipping to you of the damaged piece.  If you opted for the regular ground shipment (which is included in most pricing on our website), then the replacement item will be sent to you via regular ground shipping.


 Canceled orders that have not shipped will incur a 5% restock, repackaging & processing fee.

When viewing our photos and images, we ask that you keep 3 things in mind:
  1. How current tis the product image?
  2. What options may be included (or not included) within the photo/image?
  3. What watermarks are embedded on the photo/image?
We strive to keep our photos current, however our suppliers may change colors, styles or lettering without giving us notice or providing a new photo or image.  If we have a photo that displays multiple items, we do our best to add text to the description regarding whether or not those options are available with that product.  For example: we have a picture of a trampoline with a ladder.  Our description may include the text, "Shown with optional ladder" or "Ladder not included."

Many of our photos will have a watermark embedded in them.  Usually this will be in the form of our URL or domain name (  This is to prevent other websites from copying and pasting our products on their website.  Still, many of our photo's are pirated and used on other website that don't sell our product.
